Since 2005 he has been the founder and еру president of the Univer investment group, which has become the leader of the Ukrainian stock market.

Has been working in the investment and financial sector for over 20 years. He co-owned a private pension fund and an asset management company in Russia, and managed joint projects with banks and funds in Switzerland, the United States, Hungary, the United Kingdom, and Poland.

Expert in the resuscitation package of reforms (Financial Sector and Pension System Reform Group).

In 1992 he graduated from Lomonosov Moscow University with honors, Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics, specialty "Applied Mathematics". In 1996 he received his second higher education at the All-Russian Financial and Economic Institute, majoring in banking.
