Initiated the Ukrainian Pension Forum - the first forum in Ukraine, which is gathering an expert environment to create a unified pension strategy of Ukraine.
In 2015, she and her family founded and headed Charity foundation Let's Help!, which cares about the elderly people throughout Ukraine. She is an expert in geriatric services in Ukraine, carries out transformational changes in this area that affect the quality of life of the elderly people.
She is a monitor and observer of the National Preventive Mechanism, an independent body established and operating under the Optional Protocol to the UN Convention against Torture, aimed at regularly monitoring all places of detention and social institutions to prevent ill-treatment.
Since 2018 she has been a member of the Coordination Council under the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Since 2019 he has been an Advisor to the Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine.
In 2000 she graduated from the Azov State Technical University with a degree in Banking.
In 2018-19 she received an MBA degree, Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.
