Ukrainian economist, a civil servant, since April 2020 has been appointed the Head of the State Tax Service.

Starting his professional career in 1994, he held various positions in the executive committee of the Smilyansk City Council of the Cherkasy region from senior economist to deputy mayor, was a deputy head of the Department of Economy of the Cherkasy Regional State Administration.

In 1999 he started working for the State Tax Administration in Kirovohrad, and later in Cherkasy region, and in 2011 he became the director of the Department of Corporate Taxation in the State Tax Service of Ukraine.

Since 2014, he has been an advisor to the Head of the Department of Advisors of the Service Support Department of the Service in the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.

In October 2015, he became the first vice-president of PJSC Ukragrochimholding.

In 1993, he was an expert on the Macroeconomics program of the Center for Market Reforms. He graduated in 1993 with honors from Kyiv State University of Economics with a degree in economic and social planning and a doctorate in economics.
