Speakers of the Ukrainian Pension Forum: Oksana Dautova

For three years has been dealing with operational issues in the Charitable Foundation Let's Help, the main activity of which is the implementation of the "Decent Old Age" program - systematic assistance to geriatric boarding houses and work with society to increase the value of the elderly among Ukrainians.

She has many years of diverse experience in higher education institutions in administrative positions, in particular in such business schools as the Institute of International Business Relationship (Steinbeis University Berlin) and the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School (kmbs).

In 1995 she received a higher pedagogical education at the Horlivka State Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages, and in 2013 she received an MBA (IBR, Steinbeis University, Berlin).
