She began her career in 2000, working as a leading specialist in the Department of Forecasting and Economic Expertise of Social Standards and Social Reforms and Deputy Head of the Pension Reform Department of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine. In 2003-2011 she was working in the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. From 2011 to 2013 she held the position of the Director of the Department of Labor Market and Employment of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine.
In 2013-2014 she was heading the State Employment Service of Ukraine.
From 2015 to 2019 she was working in the project "Modernization of the social support system of the population of Ukraine", implemented by the Ministry of Social Policy in accordance with the Loan Agreement between Ukraine and the IBRD.
From the end of August to October 2019 - Head of the State Social Service of Ukraine.
March 4, 2020 – was appointed Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine.
She has a higher education. In 1998 she graduated from Taras Shevchenko Kyiv University, specialization "Management in the production sphere", PhD in Economics.
