Has a clear understanding of comprehensive health sector reforms in Ukraine, in particular in the areas of mental health and psychosocial support, service delivery, policy and regulatory development, and workforce development.

More than 20 years of the experience in developing and implementing of the innovative and alternative approaches to mental health care and organizational strengthening of psychiatric services in Ukraine;

Has experience in working with national mental health stakeholders at various levels and educational institutions, health authorities at national and local levels;

Doctoral dissertation on "Medical and social justification of the system of care for the elderly with mental health problems."
