She started her career in 2007 at the international company Ernst & Young, where she managed the independent external audit projects. Since 2012 she has held senior positions in Ukrainian companies of medium and small business.
In 2015, after being forced to move from Donetsk, she and a group of girls founded the Starenki volunteer social and charitable initiative in Kyiv, which aims are to provide systematic assistance to the elderly and to spread the idea of a responsible attitude of the younger generation to old age.
Currently, Iryna manages business improvement projects at Starlightmedia, advises owners of Ukrainian small business companies on improving efficiency, teaches at UNIT school of business.
In 2008 she graduated from Donetsk National Technical University with a degree in International Economics. In 2016 she received an MBA degree from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.
