Speakers of the Ukrainian Pension Forum: Anna Zakharash

Anna has over 16 years of experience in integrated communications management. She headed this direction in such companies as SUN Interbrew (InBev) Ukraine, TV channel "Ukraine", TNK-BP. Since 2016 he has been the Director of Corporate Communications at Kyivstar.

Anna has a degree from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (UK) and the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). He is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Sheffield University (UK).

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has been Anna's area of interest and activity since the beginning of her career. Among the main social projects of Kyivstar, in the implementation of which Anna was directly involved, is the educational project "Smartphone for Parents"; Sharity social platform; Entrepreneurship and Innovation program for schoolchildren within the framework of "GoCamp"; joint initiative with the National Police of Ukraine "Search for Children".

In 2019, at the initiative of Anna, Kyivstar launched an educational project and the first mobile literacy school for the older generation "Smartphone for Parents". The initiative aims are to bridge the digital and, as a result, emotional gap between generations, as well as to break age-old stereotypes about technology in society. The project has been supported by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and in February 2020 posted a course of the same name on the national platform "Action. Digital education ".

In 2020, Anna became Co-Chair of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the European Business Association in Ukraine. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way we do business and communicate, so the committee's main goal in 2020 was to help the members to adapt to the new reality. These events became a platform for sharing experiences and for building new partnerships, where CSR, staff and PR experts have shared their best practices to support business and communities.
